    Internship – Communication and Marketing Department

    Full-time internship
    Reporting to: Community Building and Media/ Media Partnership
    Working languages: English (knowledge of other European languages, including German, is welcome)

    Duration:
    6 month internship
    Part-time (50%) in August, transitioning to full-time from September until the end of January

    Purpose of the post
    In preparation for the European Award Season and the European Film Awards 2027, the Communication and Marketing Department of the European Film Academy is looking for an intern to join the team.

    Tasks:

    • Maintain websites content
    • Assist with press/media inquiries
    • Support the production and execution of the newsletter
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, trends, and best practices
    • General administrative support of the department on a daily basis

    Requirements:

    • Proof of the mandatory Internship from the university programme (e.g. confirmation from your university that the internship is a compulsory part of your studies)
    • Duration: 6 months
    • Possibility to work remotely or from our Berlin office
    • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Availability to work on-site for the European Film Awards weekend in Athens in 2027
