Grant Manager

    Part-time, 20 hours per week
    Reporting to: CEO European Film Academy / Head of Finance
    Working languages: English and German (fluency in both languages necessary)

    Salary based on TV-L Berlin: E11

    Purpose of the post

    • We’re looking for a Grant Manager especially for the various application procedures through the online application portals of the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme and Horizon Europe.
    • The Grant Manager will work at the European Film Academy with the responsibility for all current Creative Europe MEDIA Programme and Horizon Europe grants and for those of the upcoming years.
    • The Grant Manager will work closely with the General Management of the Academy and the Head of Finance. Your role will be key in in the preparation, application, administration, reporting and settlement of the grants of the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme and Horizon Europe
