Festival, June 2007

|
At the Norwegian Short Film
Festival
in Grimstad, another short film joined the nominees for the European
Film
Awards 2007: TOMMY by Ole Giæver. The international jury
selected the “very
Scandinavian film which works for its sarcastic and undercurrent sense
of
humour.”
TOMMY
tells the story of Arild and Kjell who meet by
chance up in the mountains. Kjell is the father of a former classmate
of Arild.
They haven’t seen each other for twenty years. Things become
rather unpleasant
when Kjell confronts Arild with controversial incidents form the past.
