Film Academies Meet
FAN of Europe Meeting 2011
On occasion of the 46th Karlovy Vary Film Festival, the film academies network FAN of Europe once again came together for an exchange of ideas and experiences. Attending were: Petr Vachler and Václav Marhoul (both from the Czech Film and Television Academy, in the front), in the second row from left to right: Nikola Joetze (European Film Academy), Manuela Pineskj (Accademia del Cinema Italiano - Premi David di Donatello), Marion Döring (European Film Academy), Áine Moriarty (Irish Film and Television Academy), Marlene Ropac and Barbara Lindner (both Akademie des Österreichischen Films), Ilana Sharon (Israeli Academy of Motion Pictures), Dan Cukier (L´Académie André Delvaux), and, in the back row: Ivo Mathé (Czech Film and Television Academy), Marina Toropygina (National Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Russia), Zuzana Mistríková (Slovak Film and Television Academy), José Garasino (Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematograficas), and Jule Bartram (Deutsche Filmakademie e. V.).
