SHORT MATTERS! Brings Nominated Shorts to a Festival Near You!

Supported by Shorts International, programme now includes 15 festivals

SHORT MATTERS! is the European Film Academy’s short film tour which brings the short films nominated for the European Film Awards to a series of film festivals across Europe and beyond. As a new partner, world-wide short film distribution company Shorts International supports this year’s SHORT MATTERS! programme giving these films an additional platform at 15 festivals which have already confirmed their participation and will screen the programme.

The programme brings the nominated short films to audiences in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, and Sweden, and this year’s cycle will be kicked off by screenings at the Tampere Film Festival (4 March) and the Sofia International Film Festival (14 & 18/19 March).
